What you ask us most often
Do you also repair newer MacBooks with the M1 and M2 chip?
Yes. On these models more components are soldered directly to the board, which complicates some repairs — we always tell you in advance what is realistically possible.
What if my battery is swelling?
Stop using the laptop and bring it to us. A swollen battery can damage the trackpad and chassis and, in extreme cases, poses a fire risk.
Can you recover data from my broken MacBook?
In most cases yes. If the SSD is soldered to the board it is more demanding, but often possible. We tell you the price after diagnostics.
