We diagnose and quote

We inspect the device and get back to you with the exact price and date. We do not take anything apart until you approve the price. If we carry out the repair, we do not charge for diagnostics — and we do not charge if the device cannot be repaired.

We repair and hand it back

We handle standard repairs within 24 hours. We give a 24-month warranty on the parts used and on the work.

Diagnostics and its price. If we carry out the repair, we do not charge for diagnostics — nor do we charge if the device cannot be repaired. If you decline the proposed repair even though it is possible, diagnostics costs €39 incl. VAT. If you order the repair later, we deduct the fee from the repair price.
