How the process works
Buyback step by step
- Bring the device in person. We set the price only after a physical assessment, so do not send the device by post or courier — it has to be brought to us in Senec.
- We assess the condition. We check the model, functionality, display, body, battery health and iCloud sign-out.
- We offer a price. For working devices, usually right on the spot. For damaged ones the price may not be clear immediately — in that case we will ask you to leave the device with us for a more thorough assessment, since the final price depends on the extent of the damage.
- We pay you. If you agree to the price, you get the money immediately — in cash or by transfer to your account.

What affects the buyback price
The final price depends on the model and storage capacity, the condition of the display and body, the functionality of the device, battery health, the included accessories and whether the device is signed out of iCloud. That is why we can give a fair price only after we see the device in person.
Before your visit, sign out of iCloud and turn off Find My — without that we cannot buy the device. We recommend backing up your data and erasing the device.

Do I have to bring the device in person?
Yes. We can set the price only after a physical assessment of the condition — display, body, functionality and battery. So do not send the device by post or courier, bring it to us in person.
Do you also buy damaged or non-working devices?
Yes. We also buy units with a cracked display, a weak battery or non-working ones — for parts or refurbishment. The price is understandably lower than for a fully working device, but you leave with money.
Will I learn the price for a damaged device straight away?
For working devices usually yes, right on the spot. For damaged ones it may not be clear immediately — the extent of the damage (for example a hidden fault after a fall or liquid) can only be verified by a more thorough assessment. In that case we ask you to leave the device with us and we announce the price once we have checked it.
How do you set the buyback price?
On the spot we assess the model and capacity, the condition of the display and body, functionality, battery health and whether the device is signed out of iCloud. Based on that we immediately offer you a specific price.
How and when do I get the money?
Once the price is agreed we pay immediately — in cash on the spot or by transfer to your account, whichever suits you.
What do I have to do before the buyback?
Above all sign out of iCloud and turn off Find My — without that we cannot buy the device. We recommend backing up your data and erasing the device. A proof of purchase is welcome but not a condition.
Why can you not give a price over the phone or by e-mail?
The condition of a device can be reliably assessed only in person — hidden faults, battery condition or the state of the display cannot be recognised from a photo. To give you a fair price we need to see the device in person.
