How a Samsung battery replacement goes
- Diagnostics. We check the battery condition and whether the problem is the charger or connector. Diagnostics is free if you have the repair done with us.
- Price upfront. We tell you the price for your specific Galaxy model before the repair.
- Replacement. Galaxy phones have a glued back glass — we heat it safely and open it, replace the battery and seal it again.
- Test. We check capacity, fast charging and the seal after reassembly.
- Your data stays. Replacing the battery does not touch the storage.

Galaxy S, A and Note

Galaxy phones have the battery behind a glued back glass and many are certified for IP68 resistance. We reseal the cover with new adhesive after the replacement, but nobody can guarantee the original water resistance once it has been opened — we point this out to every customer in advance.

Is your Galaxy not lasting the day?
We do not charge for diagnostics if we carry out the repair — even if the device cannot be repaired. If you decline the repair, diagnostics costs €39 incl. VAT.
