How the process works
How a charging repair goes
- Diagnostics. We find out whether it is a dirty port, a worn connector or a deeper problem. Diagnostics is free if you have the repair done with us.
- We try the cheapest solution first. If cleaning is enough, we do that — we do not replace a part that can be saved.
- Connector replacement. If the connector is worn, we replace the USB-C charging module.
- Test. We check charging, data transfer and fast charging.
- Your data stays. A connector repair does not touch the storage.

We repair USB-C charging connectors on Samsung Galaxy, Xiaomi / Redmi / Poco, Motorola and other brands. On older models we also deal with micro-USB.
Most Android phones today have a USB-C connector, older and cheaper models still have micro-USB. The connector is either soldered directly to the board or sits on a separate module — that determines how demanding and how expensive the repair is, which we tell you after diagnostics.
