When to replace

Signs that the iPhone battery is wearing out

Battery health below 80%

In Settings → Battery → Battery Health, maximum capacity has dropped below 80%. iOS itself then recommends a replacement.

Shuts down at 20–30%

The phone suddenly switches off even though it still shows a quarter. The battery can no longer handle short peaks in demand.

iPhone has slowed down

When the battery is worn, iOS reduces performance to prevent shutdowns. After replacement, performance returns.

Fast battery drain

The percentage drops even with normal use; the phone is empty within half a day.

Swollen battery

The display lifts away from the frame or pops out. Stop using a swollen battery — it is a safety risk.

How the process works

How a battery replacement goes

  1. Diagnostics. We check battery health and cycle count and verify that the problem is not the charger or the connector. Diagnostics is free if you have the repair done with us.
  2. Price upfront. We tell you the exact price for your iPhone model before the repair. We do nothing until you approve it.
  3. Replacement. We replace the battery with a quality part. We can also offer an original one — we will advise what makes sense for your model.
  4. The “Battery Health” message. With non-original batteries iOS sometimes shows a notice that the battery cannot be verified. We explain this in advance; it has no effect on how the phone works.
  5. Your data stays. Replacing the battery does not touch the storage — we never delete photos, contacts or apps.

Models we repair

All iPhone models

We replace batteries across models — iPhone 15, 14, 13, 12, 11 (including Pro and Pro Max), iPhone XR, XS, X, iPhone SE (2nd and 3rd generation) and older iPhone 8, 7. Not sure which model you have? Bring it in and we will find out.

With the iPhone, both the number of charge cycles and the chemical age of the cell matter — after roughly 500 cycles capacity drops faster. With an original part, full battery-health diagnostics stays available in Settings without a permanent notice; with quality parts we tell you in advance what to expect.

Frequently asked questions

What you ask most often

How long does an iPhone battery replacement take?

Usually within 24 hours; most models can be done while you wait, by arrangement. You pick the exact appointment when booking.

How much does an iPhone battery replacement cost?

The price depends on the model. We tell you the exact amount after diagnostics, before the repair. Diagnostics is free if you have the repair done with us.

Will Face ID and Touch ID still work?

Yes. Replacing the battery does not affect Face ID or Touch ID — they remain fully functional.

Will I lose my data?

No. We do not open the storage when replacing the battery, so your data stays. We still always recommend a backup to iCloud or a computer.

What does the notice about a non-original battery mean?

With a non-original part, iOS sometimes cannot verify the authenticity of the battery and shows a notice. The battery works normally — we always tell you in advance which part we will use.

Is your iPhone draining too fast?

We do not charge for diagnostics if we carry out the repair — even if the device cannot be repaired. If you decline the repair, diagnostics costs €39 incl. VAT.
