How the repair goes
- Diagnostics. We find the cause — battery, screen, charging, overheating or drive. Diagnostics is free if you have the repair done with us.
- Price upfront. We tell you the exact price before the repair. We do nothing until you approve it.
- Repair. We replace the part or clean the cooling — depending on what diagnostics shows.
- Test. We test the laptop under load to confirm the problem is solved.
- Your data stays. For most repairs we do not touch the drive. If the drive has to be worked on, we tell you in advance.

We service the Pavilion, EliteBook, ProBook, Omen (gaming) and the HP 250/255 series. We know the typical cooling problems of thinner models.
Thinner Pavilions and the HP 250/255 series have less room for cooling, so overheating appears more often — cleaning and good paste help. The business EliteBook and ProBook have a sturdier construction and readily available parts.
