- Price upfront. We tell you the exact price before the repair. We do nothing until you approve it.
- Repair. We replace the part or clean the cooling — depending on what diagnostics shows.
- Test. We test the laptop under load to confirm the problem is solved.
- Your data stays. For most repairs we do not touch the drive. If the drive has to be worked on, we tell you in advance.

Aspires are among the most affordable laptops, so with them it is most worth considering whether to repair or buy a new one — we always advise you straight. On older Aspires an SSD swap is often enough, and the laptop gains years of decent performance.
